SHIPPING POLICY

How long will my order take to arrive?

All Dia orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders above ₹699 – Free delivery, pan-India
  • Orders below ₹699 – Flat shipping fee of ₹99

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Each order can be shipped to one address only. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.

 

Which courier partners does Dia use?

We dispatch all orders through trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, and ShadowFax, depending on your location and serviceability.

 

How will I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through your Dia account.

 

Does Dia deliver outside India?

Not at the moment. Dia currently delivers only within India. International shipping is being worked on – write to us at hello@diaskin.in if you are based outside India, and we will notify you when it becomes available.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

Every Dia order is carefully packed in our signature matte kraft packaging and inspected before dispatch. However, once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it goes through multiple handling points.

 

If your parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately at hello@diaskin.in with your order number and photographs of the parcel. Accepting a damaged parcel makes resolution significantly more difficult.

 

Important notes on delivery:

  • Please ensure your shipping address includes your complete house number, floor, building name, street, locality, city, state, and PIN code. Incorrect details may result in misrouting or failed delivery.
  • Ensure your registered mobile number is active and reachable – our courier partners may need to contact you for delivery coordination.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and tender exact change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, write to us at hello@diaskin.in with your Order Number, and we will process the cancellation immediately.

Once packed or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns Policy below.

 

Can dia cancel my order?

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues flagged during payment verification. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.

 

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, provided your order has not yet been packed. Write to us at hello@diaskin.in with your order number and the updated address. We will do our best to action it in time.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different variant or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a fresh order. A coupon code will be shared with you once your return is approved and can be applied to your new order.
