RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What is Dia’s return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with every product you receive from us. If you are not, we will do our best to make it right.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 47 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact
- The product is not from a non-returnable category (listed below)
We are a skincare brand. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to resell products that have been opened or used. Please do not attempt to return opened products; they will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I raise a return request?
Write to us at hello@diaskin.in within 47 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photographs of the product received, including the label and outer packaging
- Your reason for return
Our team will review your request within 24-47 hours and guide you through the next steps. Return requests raised after 47 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
What products are non-returnable?
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Discounted or sale products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift sets, combo packs, and limited edition bundles
- Free gifts or products received as part of a promotional offer
What are the refund options?
(A) Cash on Delivery orders: Store credits will be issued to your dia account. Refunds cannot be transferred to a bank account or any other payment method for COD orders.
(B) Prepaid orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallets): Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 4–6 business days of us receiving, verifying, and approving the returned product.
- Card payments – refunded to the same card used at checkout
- UPI payments – refunded to the same UPI ID used at checkout
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund has been initiated.
Will shipping charges be refunded?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. The refund amount will reflect the product value only, after deducting any applicable discounts applied at the time of purchase.
What if I received a wrong or defective product?
If you received a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please write to us at hello@diaskin.in within 47 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product received and the outer packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. No return shipping is required for defective or incorrect products – we will handle the pickup.
